Who we are

DDA Legal is the consulting arm of DDA Real Estate — an international property group founded in 2007 by practicing lawyers. The group operates in 7 countries with more than 900 offices and 4,000 employees; the Dubai GCC headquarters opened on Sheikh Zayed Road in 2022.

What we do

We handle residency visas, company formation (Freezone and Mainland), bank accounts, accounting and VAT, wills and inheritance, property-owner services and notarized legal work — with fixed prices and timelines agreed in writing before we start.

How we work

Every case starts with a free consultation. You get a written scope, a fixed fee and a named case manager who speaks your language — Russian, English or Arabic.
